The Ajax MotionCam Outdoor (PhOD) is a wireless outdoor motion detector that takes photos by alarm, on demand or by scenario. It has an adjustable range of motion detection up to 15 meters, can detect attempts to block the view thanks to the anti-masking system and does not react to animals up to 80 cm tall when installed and configured correctly.
The visual verification of alarm events helps to instantly ascertain the situation, saving users from concerns, and security companies from unnecessary patrol dispatches.
Please note: MotionCam Outdoor (PhOD) operates within the Ajax system. The MotionCam Outdoor (PhOD) requires a hub to operate.
Compatible with the Hub 2 (2G), Hub 2 (4G), Hub 2 Plus, Hub Hybrid and ReX 2. Not compatible with ReX radio signal range extender.

INSTALLATION AND SET-UP
The Ajax MotionCam Outdoor (PhOD) comes ready to operate straight out the box.
The battery is pre-installed, so there is no need to disassemble the detector. The Ajax MotionCam Outdoor (PhOD) can be mounted on the SmartBracket in just a few minutes.
The process of connecting and configuring MotionCam Outdoor (PhOD) can be done in just a few clicks. To add a detector to the system, all you have to do is scan the QR code with the Ajax app, assign a name and a room to it.
Configure the device in the app in real time, test detection zones and communication. If necessary, the detector can be disabled or its system parameters can be reconfigured remotely, without visiting the site.
