Ferrules are used to join the conductive electric fence wires permanently. This is a high security wire connection because it cannot be removed.

Tinned Copper:
- 6mm is used with the galvanised 1.2mm wire
- 10mm is used with the galvanised 1.6mm and 2.0mm wires
- 16mm is used with the galvanised 2.24mm wire
Aluminium:
- 6mm is used with the 1.6mm aluminium wire
- 10mm is used with the 2.0mm and 2.5mm aluminium wire
304 Stainless Steel:
- 6mm is used with 1.0mm and 1.2mm stainless steel wires
- 10mm is used with 1.6mm and 2.0mm stainless steel wires
